The bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal of recommendations for the company Levické mliekárne a.s. in order to increase its competitiveness. In the lite-rature search are explained the basic concepts necessary for creating a strategy and also analyses that are later used in the results section. Methods such as PESTE ana-lysis, Porter’s five forces framework and Principle of key factors are used in the ana-lysis of the external and internal environment. All identified opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company are summarized in a SWOT analysis. Sub-sequently, using the SWOT matrix are proposed recommendations for the company Levické mliekárne a.s. The most suitable recommendation is financially evaluated and time-limited.
Development of Business Activities in the Area of Identification Systems Sales

The bachelor thesis focuses on the development of the company's business activities in the field of sales of turnstiles, attendance systems, entry devices and other identification systems. For this development, analyses of the external, industry and internal environment of the company were used, from the results of which a SWOT analysis was compiled. Subsequently, three suggestions for improvement were described and a new business model was developed.

Semelová, K. Proposal of on-line communication strategy for wine e-shop. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2021. The bachelor's thesis deals with the proposal of marketing communication on the Internet for the e-shop tvojevino.cz. The thesis includes an analysis of the consumption and import of wine to the Czech Republic. The work analyzes the internal and external environment of trade. The knowledge obtained from the questionnaire survey was used to design a communication strategy. The questionnaire survey focused on consumer and shopping behavior among respondents from the Czech Republic. The resulting strategy contains recommendations that can be used to promote e-shop on the internet and increase business profits. The final part of the thesis deals with the possible effects of anti-pandemic precaution on trade sales.
Perspectives of organizing a winter lacrosse tournament

Title: Perspectives of lacrosse tournament organisation Objectives: The main objective is analysis of the previous editions of the tournament organised by SK Lacrosse Jižní Město, and coming up with suggestions on how to improve it in the following years. Methods: Case Study is a method used for conducting the survey. Data is collected through documents analysis and semi-structured interviews. Based on the collected data, analysis of the internal environment is carried out. Results: Winter lax cup is a well organised event for it's size with a potential to grow and annual profit. His biggest virtue is the modern sport hall where the tournament takes place. However his weak factor is small support of the event from sponsors. The biggest danger for the tournament organisation is taking over the hall by floorball teams. Strategic analysis

This thesis deals with the creation of the strategic analysis. The work contains two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the strategy and usable methods and tools for its analysis. Then practical part uses these methods to a specific company and consider its position on the market. In this work, the following tools are used: PEST analysis, Porters five forces model, the analysis of the resources of the enterprise, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The objective is based on the results of these analyses to establish the current situation of the company and to determine the optimal strategy for the future.

The aim of the thesis is to make the strategic analysis of the specific medical device in relation to quality of health care from the view of its patients. In this thesis are used selected analysis instruments of the strategic management. For finding of the quality of the health care, which the medical device provides, I used investigation through questionnaires. Information I gained through these questionnaires I have evaluated and analysed this data. The medical device I have chosen doesn't wish to be named in my thesis so I will respect the wish of its management. This hospital is located in The Central Bohemian Region, which is also its founder. This institution provides inpatient and outpatient care. The mail strength of the hospital is its employees and their human potential. On the other hand one of the serious weaknesses is the poor marketing productivity. My thesis will be closed with appropriate recommendations for the hospital which will be based on my analyses. The intention of these recommendations is to help the hospital in its future development. My thesis goes from the theoretical part (which explains the issue) and fallows with the practical part.

The main aim of my bachelor work 'Analysis of the internal environment of a selected company' was to analyze the internal environment with the selected method 7S, evaluate the results and propose changes. Another aim was to perform a SWOT analysis and evaluate the results.
Strategic Analysis of an Enterprise

The thesis deals with the strategic analysis of external and internal environment of Retre, s. r. o., which operates on the czech market in the field of laundering. The main line of business is laundering, smoothing and collecting of textile and clothing for chemical cleaning. The theoretical part describes basic terms necessary for understanding of broader connections. Terms like strategic management, strategy, strategic thinking etc. are defined here. In a separate chapter there is a description of the process of marketing research , of gathering of the necessary information (marketing information system) and the description of the individual analyses of external and internal environment. In the practical part the company Retre, s. r. o -- laundry and drycleaner's is analysed using these individual analyses. Based on the gathered information, its current situation and its position on the market is assesed and suitable measures for improvement are proposed.
